 Think the legal industry hasn't changed with the Internet? Check out Shpoonkle.
Shpoonkle is something like a Priceline for legal services. As an attorney, you bid on a case and the winning bidder gets the client. I have no information on how well the system works, but it is a great example about the kind of innovation going on in the marketing area. Does anyone have any idea what the name means? - Peter H.
