More and more lawyers are using Facebook - indeed, more and more adults are using Facebook.  The Facebook demographic has gotten decidedly older in just the last six months.  If you are using it, you need to get familiar, right away, with Facebook's security options.

LinkedIn - Rumors of My Demise are Much Exaggerated!

It wasn't so long ago that many pundits were saying that LinkedIn had been passed by as Facebook and Twitter took off with Baby Boomers, and I have to admit, I was among those.  Perhaps our predictions of LinkedIn's demise were premature.

Big-firm Partners Go Small

It is not just the layoffs at big law firms.  Law.com points to a trend of big-firm partners leaving the mother ship for small firm practices so they can hold on to clients and attract others with more competitive pricing.
