Website book-marking is a great service. I've previously recommended Evernote which can do website book marking and a whole lot more. I have run across two great programs that are less feature rich than Evernote, do an excellent job on the simple task of website book-marking: Instapaper and Read It Later. Instapaper is an exercise in bare-bones, minimalism. Their webpage is a heavy on text with a plain white background. The way it works is you drag the "Read Later" button onto your tool-bar and then when you are at a website you want to read later, you click "Read Later." Below is a screenshot of the Instapaper webpage with a couple of webpages I clipped - note also the "Read Later" button on the tool bar:
Instaper has a nice iPhone application that syncs with the Instapaper website to give you mobile access: Instapaper Free [iTunes App Store}. Instapaper and the iPhone app are both free. The other website book-marking service I have run across I have not had a chance to personally try, but it got a rave review from Lifehacker: Read it Later. It works with a number of different browsers now and there is also an iPhone app. It has a slicker look than Instapaper. Read it Later is also free. These web book-marking services can be a big help. Personally even though I am very happy with Evernote, I have found Instapaper very handy for quick things that I want to remember to read later. It is a lot faster than Evernote because it is just so stripped down. You may also find Instapaper or Read it Later handy in your daily routine. Let me know your experience with website bookmarking.
