Twitter for Lawyers

You Minnesota Lawyers, and others who have access to Bob Ambrogi's article this month "16 Ways Lawyers Can Use Twitter," (you'll need to register with Law Technology News to view the article) may be scratching your heads saying, "He can't be serious, me use Twitter?"

Dennis Howlett has posted a article with some good analytics to back up what Ambrogi was writing:  "Getting Help, Growing Networks:  Twitter."  He shows, graphically, how Twitter is taking off as a communication medium and, you might be surprised, it is an older and working demographic - yep, clients.

LTN "16 Ways . . ." article
written by James C. Roberts III, January 06, 2009
Your link to this article keeps taking me to the "subscribe" page of LTN and not to the article itself, even though I am registered with them. Can someone either get me the article or a way to SEE the article?

These "stacked blogs" pose a problem: Just to see this article, I have had to register and/or login into THREE different places. Hardly efficient (but then, when have we as lawyers ever prized efficiency?). Must be a better way!

And yes, we use Twitter and have for quite some time.
