Evernote

Evernote is a web-based service that I have been finding to be my ever-present note taking utility. 

Once you sign up, you have access to it through a desktop client, your cell phone, or at any computer where you have Web access.

See an interesting Web-page - snap a clip of it into Evernote.  Need a quick reminder, type it in.  Need an even easier and quicker reminder, write it out and take a picture of it with your cell phone using Evernote.

All of your notes are searchable - EVEN THE HANDWRITTEN.  That's right, the notes you take with your camera, if they contain text whether written or printed, will be OCR'ed when you sync Evernote.
