Don't get caught in the Phishing scheme that is spreading on Twitter.  It comes in the form of a DM (Direct Message) to you with an inviting come-on like "hey! check out this funny blog about you..."

The National Law Journal is warning us all that using Twitter may have dangers - it may subject you or your employer - or your clients to liability.  Tweets might be discoverable - you might be giving up trade secrets or end up in litigation because of Twittering employees....
