Microsoft Releases IE8

Microsoft has moved IE8 out of beta and officially released it as the latest version of its Internet browser.

I've been using the beta of Microsoft IE8 for the last couple of weeks and have generally liked it other than a few incompatabilities that are not entirely unexpected in new (and hopefully improved) software.  That said, it didn't impress me enough to abandon Firefox as my day-to-day browser.  Reports are that there are very few changes from the last version of IE8 beta.
