Apple just came out with it's iWork 09 suite including Keynote, its presentation program. Watching this demo of the new features in Keynote, I could not help thinking what a powerful tool it would be for courtroom presentations.

Why is Clipboard so lame? You can’t see what you’ve copied let alone go back to something you previously copied, MUCH LESS edit anything you copied. Clipmate has been my solution for ages now.
