I see more and more lawyers, particularly solo and small firm lawyers (who aren't tied to a Blackberry-centric IT infrastructure) using iPhones.  Being that "there's an app" for pretty much everything, it is no surprise that there is no shortage of productivity apps.

Is Google Wave a Bust?

I just checked my Google Wave account after forgetting about it for two or three weeks. I was shocked to find that of all the Waves I was subscribed to, most of which are law oriented, there were only two new postings in all that time.
