(More on this later when I write about my first impressions of my new iPhone 3G S.) With all that power packed into a small container some dangers come along with the benefits. For each area of danger, Prof Ezor gives both history and practical thoughts about how to manage the risks that arise. The e-book is not meant to be a technical treatise on mobile security. Rather it is written in non-technical language with anecdotes to drive hope the practical implications of the risks. The information will be helpful both for a solo or small firm attorney's own practice and for advising clients about the risks they run in their businesses. Prof. Ezor's e-book is a great place for lawyers to start understanding the perils they and their clients face and the price is right: free. I recommend Prof. Ezor's e-book to any solo or small firm lawyer looking for solid start to understanding the issues of mobile computing. You can download the e-book in a variety of formats including PDF, e-reader, and Kindle, here: Shooting from the Hip. - Peter H. Berge
