Courtroom Presentation - 50" Multitouch Screen

Don Nichols of Nichos Kastor & Anderson in Minneapolis has always had a keen eye for the future of technology and law.  He just emailed with this link to a new 50-inch Multitouch TV screen from Samsung as the way documents and other visual evidence will be presented to juries.

I think Don is right on here.  The multitouch allows the attorney an intuitive means of managing the documents.  Touch what you want to show, resize it, draw on it to highlight what is important and it is big enough to make a great visual impact on the jury.  The attorney can do all of this without any extensive technical knowledge.
